Gut-Loving Protein Power Bowl

Serves: makes 1 Bowl
Ingredients:
FOR THE SMOOTHIE BOWL
1 cup fresh papaya (peeled, deseeded, chopped, slightly frozen for best texture)
1 large frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ cup plant-based milk, just enough to blend (start small!)
FOR THE TOPPING
Fresh Papaya, diced into large chunks
Toasted coconut flakes
½ banana, sliced into thick rounds
Method:
Add all base ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend, stopping to scrape down sides. Keep it thicker than a 2008 iPod Classic.
Add milk slowly, only if needed. Use a tamper or pulse-blend method for a thick texture.
Spoon into a chilled bowl, level out with the back of your spoon.
Garnish with the fresh toppings and enjoy.
