Choc Banana Split Smoothie Bowl

Serves: makes 1

Ingredients:

FOR THE SMOOTHIE BOWL BASE
1 x 120ml TWISTED Frozen Yogurt Mini Chocolate & Vanilla Bean
1 frozen banana
1 scoop (30g) chocolate or vanilla protein powder (plant or whey)
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp rolled oats or chia seeds (optional, for extra body & fibre)
1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened almond or milk (just enough to blend)
Small handful of ice cubes (2 to 3 for ultra chill)

FOR THE TOPPINGS
1/2 banana, sliced lengthways
4 fresh strawberries, sliced or halved
1 tbsp toasted peanuts
1 tsp cacao nibs
Drizzle of natural peanut butter

Method:

Scoop the Twisted Froyo Mini into your blender or food processor.

Add the frozen banana, protein powder, cacao, oats or chia (if using), and a splash of almond milk.

Blend on high speed until super thick, like soft serve. Add more ice or banana if it's not thicc enough to mound.

Spoon into a chilled bowl and smooth the top into swirls with the back of your spoon.

Top it like a sundae. Lay the sliced banana side by side like the OG. Scatter strawberries, toasted peanuts, cacao nibs. Drizzle with peanut butter or melted dark choc.
